From the manufacturer
Adjustable Height
Change the shape of the buckwheat core to your liking. For a less firm meditation cushion, simply remove a few handfuls and set them aside.
Machine Washable Cover
Easily remove and toss in the washing machine between uses.
Built-in Handle
Take your cushion to meditation class and beyond with its built-in, durable handle.
Round vs Crescent
Which shape is best? You can’t go wrong here. A round cushion preserves the natural curve of your spine and works well with whichever folded position is most comfortable to you. A crescent cushion provides additional support through your hips and legs, and can offer relief if you struggle with your legs falling asleep when meditating.
